Bonnie Jean Taylor -"Ellie"
Bonnie Jean Taylor has extensive credits in films, including Manna from Heaven starring Shirley Jones and Cloris Leachman and Queen City starring Vivica A. Fox. Ms. Taylor's theatrical experience includes performances at The Jewish Repertory Theatre, The Alleyway Theatre, Torn Space, The Kavinoky Theatre, and The Irish Classical Theatre. Unlike Ellie Maisel, Bonnie Jean is a dancer! She performs and teaches ballet and modern dance and has appeared with the Pick of the Crop Dance Company and Buffalo Contemporary Dance. Ms. Taylor does improv throughout New York State with Playback Theatre and is a regular cast member of Tony and Tina's Wedding.
Kevin Craig is a native of Buffalo New York, and has been performing for close to twenty years. In 2008, he received is BFA in Theater from Niagara University. Previous film credits include indie flick, The David Dance. Primarily a stage actor, Kevin has been featured nationally at the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival (Richard III, and Cambio), the Omaha Theater Company (Horrible Harry), and the Broken Watch Theater Company in New York City (Angels of the Half Moon). Kevin returned to Buffalo in 2009, and since then has been featured at the Irish Classical Theater Company (Engaged, Playboy of the Western World, Da), Kavinoky Theater (A Few Good Men, Noises Off), Theater of Youth (The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, Junie B. Jones, Pinkalicious the Musical), Shakespeare in Delaware Park (Julius Caesar), Subversive Theater Collective (The Furies of Mother Jones, Speed theÂ Plow)Â as well as Musicalfare (My Fair Lady)Â and the Buffalo United Artists theaters (The Irish Curse, The Normal Heart). Kevin is delighted to be part of this richly diverse professional theater community, and is eternally grateful for his experience filming Give & Take!
Guy Balotine is originally from Surrey, England. He has worked as an actor in film and television (BBC, PBS, National Geographic), and national and regional commercials on both sides of the atlantic. In the theatre he has worked with The San Francisco Shakespeare Festival, San Jose Stage, The Virginia Arts Festival, and regional New York Theatre among others.
He trained in theatre at The Arts Educational Schools, London, and was a recipient of 'The Lilian Bayliss Award.'
Guy lives in Buffalo,NY with his wife and nine year old son.

Jennifer is thrilled to be a part of Give & Take. She received her MFA in Acting from Purdue University and is accomplished in an array of theatrical genres including, Shakespeare, Musical Theatre, Theatre for Young Audiences and Commedia Dellâ€™ Arte. She has worked throughout the country as an actress and performer for a number of theatre companies including Milwaukee Repertory Theater, The Lincoln Amphitheatre, Dramatic Solutions, American Family Theatre, The Irish Classical Theatre Company, Shakespeare in Delaware Park and Theatre of Youth to name a few. Jennifer is an experienced educator of theatre as well. As Sheaâ€™s Performing Arts Centerâ€™s Senior Education Associate she creates and implements new programming and regularly visits schools where she teaches theatre based workshops to grades K-12. Jennifer regularly performs as a vocal soloist for the Chromatic Club of Buffaloâ€™s recital series and has received the Marcy Scholarship through the Community Music School of Buffalo where she has studied voice for well over a decade.Â
Matthew Nardone, the Director of Photography and Editor of Give & Take, is also the DP and Editor of the recently released Through a Mother's Eyes. Upcoming projects include the horror-comedy feature, A Grim Becoming. Matt has edited TV movies, TV series and commercials. He has Â shot and edited a long list of feature films, short films, and 48 Hour Film Festival entries. Matt has a MFA in Film from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is the co-founder and owner of NDstudios.
Jonathan Dinerstein is a versatile composer of music for film and television.Â His scoring credits include the recent Broadway backstage documentary featureÂ The Standbys, the 2010 indie comedy favoriteÂ Drones, theÂ groundbreaking Emmy Award-winning online seriesÂ Satacracy 88,Â additional music for the Tribeca Film Festival-winning featureÂ Red Doors,Â and scores for national television broadcast on shows including documentaries, wildlife series, cooking programs, commercials, and Saturday morning cartoons, as well as diverse other projects. He was educated at Harvard University, and at the University of Southern California, where he completed the prestigious graduate program in Scoring for Motion Pictures and Television in 2003. Also an accomplished musical director and pianist, Jonathan canÂ regularly be heard playing for musical theater, cabaret, jazz and comedy in Los Angeles, including for the hit monthly staged comedy showÂ The Thrilling Adventure Hour. HisÂ hands can be seen playing piano on TV'sÂ Glee.
WRITER/PRODUCER-- Gail Golden is a producer, actor, director, and writer. Give & Take, which is based on her experiences working in Entertainment at major theme parks in Florida, was an Official Selection (top 20 out of 500) at the Queens International Film Festival at the Museum of the Moving Image in NYC and now it's been produced! Ms. Golden is a published playwright and the director of The Wondermakers and Dramatic Solutions. She has done over 1,000 TV and radio commercials and has performed on screen in many films including The Year of Getting to Know Us with Jimmy Fallon and Sharon Stone and Blood Relative with Cristin Milioti from Broadway's Once. Ms. Golden was the original voice of Strawberry Shortcake for American Greeting Cards and, since 2006, has been Mrs. Claus in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on NBC. She has a BFA from Ithaca College and an MA from SUNY at Buffalo and studied improv at Second City Toronto, Chicago City Limits, and The Groundlings.
DIRECTOR - Scott Andrew Kurchak is a Canadian born actor, director and writer who has worked extensively in Theatre / Television / Film in both the US and Canada. As a filmmaker Scott is now in post production and nearing completion of his War of 1812 short A Cow's Tale:The Laura Secord Story for his production company Arlington Place Pictures LLC.Â Â He is a founding member of the Buffalo Infringement Festival and has given many performances with Gail Golden and Dramatic Solutions, The Wondermakers , Young Audiences New York, and Univera's 2 Smart 2 Start.
Born in Buffalo, NY, Suzanne Fitzery got interested in acting at an early age. After graduating from SUNY Fredonia with a B.A. in theatre she went on to perform for local theatre companies in the Buffalo area including; Theatre of Youth, Irish Classical, Buffalo Ensemble Theatre, Playhouse of American Classics and Paul Robeson. Some of her favorite stage roles include Mercy Wood in The Witch of Blackbird Pond (T.O.Y), Falstaffâ€™s Page in Henry IV Part II (Shakespeare in Delaware Park) and Katrin Hansen in I Remember Mama (Playhouse of American Classics). She currently writes for the online publication Buffalo Rising where she covers the local film scene. Suzanne currently resides in Buffalo, NY where she lives with her husband and pets. â€‹Richard Lambert has been the Executive Director of the New Phoenix Theatre on the Park since he purchased the property in 1996. Since coming to Buffalo in 1988, Richard has appeared on most city stages as an actor (over 40 productions). He has directed many productions in the United States as well as Canada, and is the author of several plays. He has received over a dozen nominations in the cityâ€™s yearly â€œArtie Awardâ€? competition, in addition to winning Best Actor for Brad Frasierâ€™s Poor Super Man. While living in Manhattan, Richard performed on many stages including the Tomi Theatre, Village Performers Theatre, and the Manhattan Theatre Club. It was while living in New York that he met and began a long-term relationship with noted actor/director/playwright Maxim Mazumdar, whose plays continue to be performed in both the U.S. and Canada, including a production of Oscar Remembered, directed by William Hutt at Stratford. It is for Mr. Mazumdar, who at one time operated the Phoenix Theatre in Montreal, Canada, that the New Phoenix Theatre is named. Before moving from Manhattan, Richard met the playwright and scholar Eric Bentley. The Phoenix currently hosts a yearly new play competition in his name and honor. In addition to his work at the Phoenix, Richard has hosted the local television show Human Touch for Adelphia Communications and has appeared in many commercials in Western New York.

â€‹Todd Benzin is a Buffalo born and bred actor and improviser with extensive stage, screen and voiceover experience. Todd has previously appeared on screen in the NYU student film â€œMalignant Winter,â€? â€œLemon Limeâ€? by Canal Films, and the trailer for â€œThe American Sideâ€? by One Horse Shy Productions, as well as various commercial roles. On the stages of Western New York, he has appeared at Road Less Traveled Productions, the New Phoenix, Shakespeare in Delaware Park, the Ujima Theatre, Subversive Theatre, the Kavinoky Theatre, Theatre of Youth, Irish Classical Theatre, and MusicalFare, where he was nominated for two individual â€œArtieâ€? ARTVOICE Theatre Awards for his roles in "Sisters of Swing: The Andrews Sisters Musical" and "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee." As an improviser, Todd is a graduate of the Conservatory Program at the prestigious Second City in Toronto, a founding member of the two man improv group Babushka, a member of the performance art group the Buffalo Soundpainting Ensemble, and a founding member of The Eclectic Improv Co., Buffalo's "top reviewed comedy show.â€? Todd has been working as a voice-over artist with Breslin Studios on video games like â€œMagickaâ€? and â€œPrime World.â€?

Recent WNY theatre credits: NOISES OFF, ROCKâ€™Nâ€™ROLL (Kavinoky), MACBETH (Shakespeare in Delaware Park), YOU SAY TOMATO I SAY SHUT UP (Rochesterâ€™s DCT).
